This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your data will permanently erase all career swipe history, preferences, and feedback associated with your device identifier from our servers.
How to delete your data from the app
The easiest way to delete your data is from within the Careerality app:
- Open the Careerality app
- Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner
- Tap "Delete My Data"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your data will be immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request data deletion by emailing us at support@careerality.app with your request. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- All career swipes (liked and skipped)
- All feedback responses (reasons for liking/skipping)
- Your device identifier
What does NOT get deleted
- Career data (salaries, ROI, education costs) — this is public government data, not personal
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (if any) — these contain no personal identifiers
